Factory fit doesn't mean perfect.

Your work isn't average, your tools shouldn't be either.

Despite AI tools and technology, most factory loupes lack the precision necessary to provide the sharpest view and most comfortable using position.

Every rebuild begins by understanding how you naturally work—your posture, working distance, field of view, and visual preferences. The goal isn’t simply to repair your equipment; it’s to create a tool that works with you instead of asking you to compensate for it.

The Process: Simple. Precise. Proven

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take?

Assessments are completed during the office visit. Larger offices may be scheduled over multiple days to ensure every clinician receives the same level of attention.

We aim to schedule the day before an office's 'dark day' or 'admin' day. That way it provides a 48 hour window for production. With the aim to return the first returning morning with patients so that techs do not lose any downtime without their equipment.

Do you work on all loupe brands?

Yes. We service most major dental loupe brands. If you have questions about a specific model, contact us before scheduling and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Will I have to ship my loupes?

No. The nature of the precision is hands-on. Most work is completed during scheduled on-site office visits, or within and admin window, allowing you to stay with your equipment throughout the process whenever possible. All work must be done through scheduling an office visit.

What if I'm not happy with my loupes?

Your rebuild isn’t finished until you’re comfortable with the result. Fine adjustments are part of the process, and we’re committed to getting it right.

What's included with the Master Tech Program?

The Master Tech Program includes everything in the Precision Rebuild, plus priority scheduling, lifetime adjustment support, serialized service records, and long-term maintenance for your equipment.

This includes LIFETIME carrier lens replacment twice a year as needed. Unlimited service parts and adjustments. The bottom line, as long as it's within our scope you're covered for life.

If you have problem, just call us, we have your back.
